Educational Tour 2015

PG Department of Biochemistry and Research had organized 3 days, Educational Tour to Goa on November 25^th to 27^th. 26 students of the Department were accompanied by 3 staff. Students visited pharmaceutical industries like Mabphram Cipla, and renowned national research institutes like National institute of oceanography, were they gained industrial exposure and an opportunity to increase their research horizon by interacting with scientist. Visit to science centre helped students to improve their creativity and visit and interaction with staff and students of Goa University helped them to know different types of research work they do and the facilities they have. Students also discussed about the for future scope of biochemistry with the scientists. Total expense of this educational tour was 58,000/-.
